Security Deposits:
Rental of the main house requires a security deposit of $500.00 to cover any loss or damages of property during the rental period.
Rental of the apartments and/or bunk house require a security deposit of $100.00 per unit to cover any loss or damages of property during the rental period.
* Any damage or loss of property to Casa De Claire during your stay, will be deducted from security deposit, and the remainder will be refunded at the end of the rental period. If no loss or damages of property occur during your stay, full security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
Payment Details:
Half of total fees, plus security deposit are due upon booking.
Remainder of payment, plus 7% Puerto Rico Rental Tax are due upon arrival at Casa De Claire.
*Requested dates will not be reserved until initial payment is received.
Refund Policy:
Cancellation 60 days in advance of arrival: refund 50% of initial first payment.
Cancellation less than 60 days in advance: no refund of initial first payment, but can be applied to a future stay at Casa De Claire.
