Casa De Claire's property consists of the Main House, three separate apartments and a bunk house. The Main House has four bedrooms, three full baths, two living areas, spacious kitchen and dining area, laundry room, wrap around balconies as well as a covered rooftop deck & bar with pool table. Each apartment sleeps two or more people and include full kitchens and baths. The bunk house sleeps up to four people and also features it's own private full bath. Access to swimming pool and patio area is available to all units.

Located on the ground level of the Main House, this apartment features satellite television, full kitchen, full bath and sleeps two people in a queen size bed. The living area also contains a small pull out couch ideal for sleeping one adult or two children. This apartment has it's own entrance and is not accessible through the Main House.

Located beneath the poolside patio area, this studio apartment features A/C, satellite television, full kitchen, very spacious bathroom and sleeps two people in a queen size bed.
The bunk house is located to the left of the Main House and directly neighbors the Main House Apartment. The bunk house sleeps up to four people in two sets of bunks and also features it's own full bath, small refrigerator and dressers.
The pool and patio area is accessible to visitors of all units. The pool is 4.5 ft deep on all levels and includes built in benches with jaccuzzi jets. The patio area features a covered cabana and kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, grill & radio.
